A delicious dense Cake for all occasions Things Needed: For Cake: Grated Carrot - 2 cups Hot Milk - 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar - 1+1/4 cup Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp Eggs - 3 Flour - 2 cups Baking soda - 1 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp Clove Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp For Icing Fresh Cream - 1 cup Icing Sugar - 1/4 cup Orange Zest - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Instead of vegetable oil, i used 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of melted butter for a soft texture. 2. Keep all your ingredients ready before baking. 3. Take a mixing bowl, add in the grated carrot, hot milk, sugar, vanilla essence and lightly beaten eggs. Mix well. 4. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, clove powder and salt ) 5. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and prepare the cake batter. 6.
