Easy Carrot Cake

A delicious dense Cake for all occasions   Things Needed:   For Cake: Grated Carrot - 2 cups Hot Milk - 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar - 1+1/4 cup Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp Eggs - 3 Flour - 2 cups Baking soda - 1 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder - 1 tsp Clove Powder - 1 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp For Icing Fresh Cream - 1 cup Icing Sugar - 1/4 cup Orange Zest - 1 tbsp Method: 1. Instead of vegetable oil, i used 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of melted butter for a soft texture.   2. Keep all your ingredients ready before baking. 3. Take a mixing bowl, add in the grated carrot, hot milk, sugar, vanilla essence and lightly beaten eggs. Mix well.   4. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, clove powder and salt ) 5. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and prepare the cake batter. 6. Roasted Prawns || Eral Varuval

Things You Will Need: Prawns - 300 grams (a small bowl full) Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp Tamarind - 1 very small ball Water as required Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Cumin - 1/2 tsp Crushed Ginger and Garlic - 1 tbsp Onion - 1 small Tomato - 1 small Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Rock Salt as required Coriander powder- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Method: 1. Take the cleaned prawns, tamarind, salt chilli powder in a heavy bottom pan or a earthenware. 2. Add enough water to cook the prawns. Don't add too much water or the prawns will turn rubbery when cooked. 3. Once the prawns are cooked they'll start to curl beautifully. Allow the water to dry out.   4. Take another pan or kadai. Add coconut oil and cumin.   5. Add the crushed Ginger and garlic. 6. Add the onions and cook till the onions turn golden brown.
