Classic Butter Cream Frosting
19th August 2015: I got my first kitchen weighing machine :D, yeah finally i got mine now so i can gladly go for the gram measures instead of cup measures. I wanted to bake a special cake for my fiance' for a long time and here it is. He loves coffee and i am going to make the same old coffee cake which is my all time favorite with a classic coffee and chocolate buttercream frosting. Here is how i mixed it all up (^_^) Click Here to get the recipe for my ---> Coffee Cake Things Needed: Butter - 50 grams (cubed and in room temperature) Sugar - 22 grams Egg Yolk - 1 (or) 12 grams (room temperature) Water - 13 grams Coffee powder- 1tsp Chocolate powder - 1tsp Vanilla essence - few drops Method: 1. Lets keep everything handy, Dissolve coffee and chocolate powder in few tablespoons of water and vanilla, and make a thick paste . 2. Beat the egg yolk on high speed for a minute. 3.
